As an Account Coordinator at Prager Creative, my main client was MetroPlusHealth, a non-profit health insurance provider based in New York City.
Content for MetroPlusHealth went beyond traditional healthcare marketing, with innovative influencer campaigns, and authentic content. One of our campaigns even won an Ad-Age Award.
SOCIAL MEDIA PLANNING


Achievable Goal-Setting is essential in social media strategy. It helps you to stay accountable, track success, and plan tactics. One of my tasks for MetroPlusHealth was to set goals, and figure out how to accomplish them.

Accomplishing goals is exciting, but not as important as knowing how you achieved them.
DATA & ANALYTICS
Knowing which campaigns and platforms are working for you allows you to gain traction. I learned to use Sprout Social and Sprout Social Influencer (formerly Tagger) to gather and analyze data based on campaign performance across platforms. Our team used these metrics to promote our work, figure out which campaigns were worth repeating, and optimize content across platforms.
TREND REPORTS

I compiled monthly trend reports for MetroPlusHealth, including platform updates, and their implications for our content, as well as social media and industry trends. These helped us to keep our clients up-to-date, and continually refresh our content and tactics.
CONTENT IDEATION
I generated ideas for new content and campaigns for MetroPlusHealth. My best ideas for this brand came from finding interesting content creators and organizations for the brand to partner with, as well as ideas for what collaborative content could consist of. Chronically online, and in-tune with NYC community content creators, I was able to make recommendations to bolster our existing content.

One of my favourite projects for MetroPlusHealth was for our Not-For-Profit Means More for You Campaign. I started this project by researching exciting NYC Not-For-Profit organizations and crafting proposals for social media collaborations with them.
