BOEING CASE STUDY 


My team took on Boeing in our Stategic Management course. Over the course of the semester, we watched the titan of industry struggle with internal conflicts and external pressures. 

In part one, Understanding the Business Today, we conducted an investigation of the company, including a swot analysis, business model canvas and competitive assessment. We used our findings to define three areas for Boeing to take action.

In part two, Envisioning the Future, we identified signals of change and extrapolated them into potential future scenarios and strategic territories. Though the process was dystopian, we explored how small changes can snowball over time, and imagined how our company could react in the face of societal change.
